Lead Recovery Desk

Lead Recovery Desk

Your business may have turned away paid work this year without noticing.

The leak is usually ordinary. A missed call after a busy job. A quote sent with no chase. A website enquiry that never made it into the diary. I check a sample of your inbox, CRM, and missed calls, then show you which old enquiries are still worth calling back.

First cohort. 6 audits open this quarter. £750.

§ 01 · How it works

Three steps. No passwords. No CRM swap.

i.

Send a sample of the lead trail.

Inbox rows, CRM exports, quote lists, missed calls, or anonymised screenshots. 10 to 20 is enough for the first pass. Nothing leaves your control.

ii.

I rank what is worth chasing.

Each row gets a finding, a likely value, and a clear next action. Some rows will be marked as not worth chasing. That is part of the work.

iii.

You get a ranked recovery file.

Delivered in 3 to 5 hours. You make the calls. If the leak is real, we can decide on a simple workflow to stop it happening again.

§ 02 · Forensic exhibits

Four rows from a real audit format.

Fictional names, real audit shape. The Apex Roofing sample is what a small cohort recovery file looks like on delivery.

§ 03 · Why a recovery audit

Not a VA. Not a CRM. Not an agency.

vs a VA

A VA reads your inbox.

A VA can sort and reply. They cannot rank old enquiries by recovery value or tell you which forgotten roof job is worth a call today.

vs a CRM

A CRM stores leads.

A CRM holds your pipeline. It does not point at the silent quote sitting at 12 days that is still warm if you act this week.

vs an agency

An agency brings new leads.

A marketing agency wants new traffic. I find the paid work already sitting in your existing trail, before you pay for more.

Subject · How this works
17 May 2026

Most businesses do not need a bigger funnel before they know what happened to the enquiries they already paid for.

You send a small sample of the lead trail. Inbox rows, CRM exports, quote lists, missed calls, or anonymised screenshots are enough for the first pass. I do not need passwords to start.

I sort the rows by practical recovery value. Source, date, job type, likely value, last touch, response gap, and whether a human follow up still makes sense.

You get back a short report with the leads worth chasing first, the reason each one matters, and the safest next action. Some rows will be marked as not worth chasing. That is part of the work.

The audit is deliberately boring. It is there to find missed work, not to make your business dependent on another tool.

§ 04 · Pricing

£750

First cohort audit, complete. Six audits open this quarter while I prove the recovery process with a small group of businesses.

If the sample shows nothing worth chasing, I will say so. Before you pay, you can send 10 to 20 anonymised rows for a free signal pass.

§ 05 · Start the recovery

Find out what you turned away this year.

You can send a small sample first. Decide after you see the signal.
