Support

How support works, and what it can never see.

Support is one person, by email. This page will state how requests are handled, what support can see in your workspace, and the rule that no list is ever sent to support.

Structure only. Policy wording pending approval.

This page shows what the support statement will cover and the requirements it must meet. It is not the policy itself. The current privacy notice, terms and data processing agreement on the app remain the documents that apply.

What is true today

Route
info@leadrecoverydesk.com, answered by Lewis Parrish. No ticket queue.
Never
Do not send lead lists or passwords by email. Support will not open an attached list.
Assisted export help
Source type, row count and column headings only. Assisted help
Workspace access
Support does not browse your workspace. Any operator access needs a written procedure before it is described here.

Requirements before this becomes policy

  • In placeOne published support address, stated on every page.
  • In placeNo-list-by-email rule stated beside every contact route.
  • PendingAssisted-help request route: provider, storage, retention, deletion, logging and incident handling approved and verified.
  • PendingOperator-access procedure with re-authentication and minimised visibility written and tested.
  • PendingResponse-time statement decided, or deliberately not made.
