If you are stuck at any step, this is the route. It asks for the kind of source, a rough row count and the column headings, and nothing else. Never email your list, and never paste rows into any form.

The request form below is not open yet. Until its provider, access controls, storage, retention, deletion, logging and incident handling are approved and verified, the working route is email. Send the source type, row count and column headings to info@leadrecoverydesk.com. Do not attach the file. Do not paste rows. Remove any column heading that contains a person's name before you send it.
