Help and answers

Run the Desk with confidence.

Clear answers for uploads, privacy, sender setup, billing and safe recovery work.

What can I try for free?Create an account and preview up to 100 rows per calendar month. Contact details stay masked and preview rows cannot be used, exported or sent.
What can I upload?Export your own contacts as CSV or TSV. If your list is in Excel or Google Sheets, export it as CSV first.
When can anything be sent?Nothing sends automatically. Follow-ups stay locked until the audit, a business sender, readiness checks and your message approval are in place.
What happens after someone replies or opts out?A reply holds their remaining follow-ups. An opt-out suppresses the contact. Email replies remain in the business inbox you connected.
How does billing work? The audit is £997 once, plus applicable taxes. Follow-ups are included for 14 days then £597 every 4 weeks if you continue, plus applicable taxes.
Can I send from my Gmail or Hotmail address? No. An address ending @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, @outlook.com, @yahoo.com or @icloud.com can be connected and tested but will never go live. Follow-ups have to come from an address on your own business domain. Using Gmail or Outlook as the provider for your own domain is fine. For example, followup@yourbusiness.com hosted by Google Workspace is exactly right. It is the address that matters, not who runs the mail server.
Why does that rule exist?Google and Microsoft cap and suspend personal accounts used for bulk follow-up, so mail sent that way lands in spam or gets the account closed. Your own domain is the only route that builds a sending reputation you keep, and it protects the inbox you read every day.
