Sample report
What I send back, on a fictional sample.
I worked through a made up batch of 36 enquiries. Here is what the list looks like when I send it back. Not a real customer. Not a revenue claim.
Made up sample. Not a client result. Not a guarantee.

Data quality
What I check first.
A list is only useful if the rows have enough on them to act on. I flag what is missing before anything else.
| Check | Result | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Lead source visible | Pass | Every sample row has a source. |
| First contact date | Partial | 7 rows have no first reply on record. |
| Last touch date | Partial | Rows never followed up have no last touch. |
| Status visible | Pass | Each row has a status. |
| Value visible | Pass | Estimated value is used to sort the list. |

HealthyWorth chasing
Ranked by value, age, and how warm they look.
| Priority | Lead | Why it matters | What to do |
|---|---|---|---|
| High | LRD-SAMPLE-020 | Interested but never booked. About GBP 3,000 on the table. | Call them. Offer two times. Ask what is blocking them. |
| High | LRD-SAMPLE-025 | You sent a quote 18 days ago. No chase yet. About GBP 1,100. | Friendly nudge by email. Ask if they still want to go ahead. |
| High | LRD-SAMPLE-027 | Quote sent. No chase. About GBP 1,500. | Short email with one decision question. |
| Medium | LRD-SAMPLE-011 | You spoke once and then nothing. About GBP 450. | Second follow up and set a date to check back. |
| Low | LRD-SAMPLE-036 | Bad fit. Wrong location. | Archive. Do not chase. |
How I worked out the range
The revenue figure is a range, not a promise.
15 of the 36 sample leads look worth chasing. If 10% to 20% of those turn into paid jobs at an average GBP 1,150, that is somewhere between GBP 1,725 and GBP 3,450 worth chasing. Made up numbers, real maths.
A 7 day plan based on the sample
- Day 1: Call the top 10. Quote sent and warm interest first.
- Day 2: Email the ones you spoke to once and never came back to.
- Day 3: Tidy up rows with no reply yet.
- Day 4: Polite nudge to the no reply pile.
- Day 5: Catch the replies and update who said what.
- Day 6: Archive the bad fits and clearly lost ones.
- Day 7: Pick a day each week to do this again.
