Sample report

What I send back, on a fictional sample.

I worked through a made up batch of 36 enquiries. Here is what the list looks like when I send it back. Not a real customer. Not a revenue claim.

Made up sample. Not a client result. Not a guarantee.

What I check first.

A list is only useful if the rows have enough on them to act on. I flag what is missing before anything else.

How I worked out the range

The revenue figure is a range, not a promise.

15 of the 36 sample leads look worth chasing. If 10% to 20% of those turn into paid jobs at an average GBP 1,150, that is somewhere between GBP 1,725 and GBP 3,450 worth chasing. Made up numbers, real maths.

A 7 day plan based on the sample

  1. Day 1: Call the top 10. Quote sent and warm interest first.
  2. Day 2: Email the ones you spoke to once and never came back to.
  3. Day 3: Tidy up rows with no reply yet.
  4. Day 4: Polite nudge to the no reply pile.
  5. Day 5: Catch the replies and update who said what.
  6. Day 6: Archive the bad fits and clearly lost ones.
  7. Day 7: Pick a day each week to do this again.
