What do I actually get?

n8n workflow files, a Google Sheets tracker, Gmail draft rules, prompt files, setup docs, troubleshooting notes, fictional test data, and consent and opt out templates.

Do I need to know n8n?

Basic familiarity helps. The guide is planned to be step by step, but this is not a no-code app. It is a self-install workflow kit.

Does this use AI?

Some prompts can classify lead urgency and draft follow up suggestions using your chosen provider. You review and approve everything before it reaches a customer.

Is this a subscription?

No. The planned product is one payment for the kit. No monthly portal and no login to our service.

How is it different from free n8n templates?

Free templates are often one isolated workflow. This is planned as a joined-up system: workflows, sheet structure, prompts, setup guide, test data, failure notes, and approval controls designed to work together.

Is it only for one niche?

No. The kit is aimed at service businesses with inbound enquiries that can go stale: trades, salons, clinics, agencies, appointment-led teams, and similar operators.
