Five n8n workflows
Ingest, Gmail watch, draft creation, approved send path, opt out and bounce handling. Imported into your n8n instance.
A self-install kit for service businesses. It runs in your own n8n, Google Sheets, Gmail, and provider accounts. The system flags missed enquiries, prepares draft follow ups, and keeps the decision with you.
No subscription. No portal. No customer data sent to us. No messages sent without your approval.
18:42, after hours. Service area match. Draft callback note prepared for review.
Replacement enquiry. Sheet row updated. Gmail draft waits for human approval.
Suppression list checked before any new draft is created.
Most missed enquiries are ordinary operational leaks: a call after closing, a form that sat too long, a reply that never got an owner. The kit gives you a small recovery desk inside tools you already control.
The planned kit is built around one clean rule: your data stays on your tools, and every outbound message waits for human approval.
Ingest, Gmail watch, draft creation, approved send path, opt out and bounce handling. Imported into your n8n instance.
Incoming leads, follow up status, drafts, approved sends, opt outs, audit log, and settings. You own the sheet.
Starter settings for trades, salons, clinics, agencies, and other service businesses. Adjust them before going live.
Prompt files for urgency checks and follow up drafts, with guardrails against promises, emergency advice, and regulated claims.
Prerequisites, safe fictional test data, failure modes, consent notes, opt out wording, and a first-run checklist.
Load the workflow files into your n8n and copy the tracking sheet into your Google account.
Add your lead sources, office hours, service area, consent wording, and approval rules.
Check flagged leads and approve drafts inside your own tools before anything reaches a customer.
Your Google account, your n8n, your Gmail, your provider key. No login to our service and no customer data stored by us.
The workflow prepares drafts and queues. It does not send customer messages by itself.
This is a new product. No made-up logos, no inflated numbers, and no pretend case studies.
Planned policy: full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email with your order number. No support ticket, no retention call, no forms designed to wear you down.
There is no buy button. This is pre-launch. Early access only.
n8n workflow files, a Google Sheets tracker, Gmail draft rules, prompt files, setup docs, troubleshooting notes, fictional test data, and consent and opt out templates.
Basic familiarity helps. The guide is planned to be step by step, but this is not a no-code app. It is a self-install workflow kit.
Some prompts can classify lead urgency and draft follow up suggestions using your chosen provider. You review and approve everything before it reaches a customer.
No. The planned product is one payment for the kit. No monthly portal and no login to our service.
Free templates are often one isolated workflow. This is planned as a joined-up system: workflows, sheet structure, prompts, setup guide, test data, failure notes, and approval controls designed to work together.
No. The kit is aimed at service businesses with inbound enquiries that can go stale: trades, salons, clinics, agencies, appointment-led teams, and similar operators.
This kit comes from running real follow up patterns for small service businesses. The missed leads we care about are not mysterious. They are calls nobody owned, forms that sat too long, and replies that needed a clear next action. The kit packages those patterns into files and docs you can run on your own tools.
Support boundary. The kit is self-install. Support should cover access, documentation, and clear product issues. It should not require us to handle your customer data or run your account.
Leave your email and the kind of service business you run. This is pre-launch. I will only email you when the kit is ready.
