Messaging

  • I never contact your customers. You make all outbound calls and emails.
  • I do not send bulk marketing on your behalf.
  • I do not run cold outreach from your customer list.

Safety

  • No medical, legal, financial, or housing advice.
  • Urgent or sensitive cases get flagged back to you, not actioned.
  • Complaints, warranty claims, or legal threats are yours to handle.

Before any setup work

  • Agree what counts as a worth chasing lead.
  • Agree how I receive samples and where they get deleted.
  • If we set up a follow-up workflow in your tools, you approve the rules first.
No blanket legal claim: I help you work inside your rules. You should still check your own legal and industry requirements for outbound messaging in your market.
