Messaging
- I never contact your customers. You make all outbound calls and emails.
- I do not send bulk marketing on your behalf.
- I do not run cold outreach from your customer list.
Safety
- No medical, legal, financial, or housing advice.
- Urgent or sensitive cases get flagged back to you, not actioned.
- Complaints, warranty claims, or legal threats are yours to handle.
Before any setup work
- Agree what counts as a worth chasing lead.
- Agree how I receive samples and where they get deleted.
- If we set up a follow-up workflow in your tools, you approve the rules first.
No blanket legal claim: I help you work inside your rules. You should still check your own legal and industry requirements for outbound messaging in your market.
