This page explains how I handle the information you share with me when we work together.

What I may collect

  • Your business name, your name, your email, and your phone number.
  • Sample data you choose to send me about your enquiries, leads, or quotes.
  • Notes you add while we work together.

How I use information

  • Respond to your enquiry.
  • Read the sample and prepare a list back to you.
  • Set up an agreed follow-up workflow if you ask me to.
  • Report back on what I found and what I did.

Customer data

I never contact your customers. If a sample contains personal data about your customers, I read it to identify who is worth chasing and then delete it once the work is done.

Sharing

I do not sell your data. I do not pass it to anyone else except service providers I need to run the business (email, hosting), and only where needed. I will share information if a court or regulator requires it.

Security and retention

I keep your sample only as long as I need it. After the work is done it gets deleted. I use reasonable safeguards for the size of the business.
